White Chocolate Pudding Parfaits

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups reduced-fat (2%) milk |
| 1 | package (4-serving size) sugar-free instant white chocolate pudding mix |
| 3/4 | cup cold whipping cream |
| 1‑1/2 | cups fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped roasted shelled pistachio nuts or chopped toasted macadamia nuts |
PREPARATION:
- Combine milk and pudding mix in medium bowl; beat 2 minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes or until thickened. Beat whipping cream in clean bowl with electric mixer at high speed until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into pudding.
- In each of 4 parfait glasses, layer 1/4 cup pudding and 2 tablespoons raspberries; repeat layers. Spoon remaining pudding over berries. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours before serving. Sprinkle with nuts just before serving.
