Yogurt-Raisin Bars


Yield

Makes 32 bars

Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup plain yogurt, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/2 cups golden or dark raisins

Preparation

  1. Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil; set aside.
  2. Place white chocolate in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 minutes, stirring after every minute. Stir until smooth. If not completely melted, microwave on MEDIUM 30 seconds more.
  3. Stir in yogurt and vanilla until smooth. Stir in raisins. Press into prepared pan. Refrigerate until set.
  4. Remove candy from pan by lifting out foil. Cut into 2X1-inch bars. Store in refrigerator.
