Yogurt Sauce

Yield

Makes about 3 cups

Ingredients

2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint or 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons dried mint
1 tablespoon chopped fresh marjoram or 1 teaspoon dried marjoram

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in small bowl. Cover; chill up to 4 hours before serving.
