| 1/2 | cup plain nonfat yogurt |
| 2 | teaspoons minced red onion |
| 1 | teaspoon minced cilantro |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |

PREPARATION:
- Blend all ingredients well in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
