This aptly named soup is a bounty of vegetables combined with lean chicken breast in a reduced sodium chicken broth. Frozen mixed vegetables save you chopping time, and fresh squash lends a "straight from the garden" taste. Simply sauté the veggies, add the chicken and stir fry for a couple of minutes and then add the broth and simmer. The addition of spices like rosemary, thyme, parsley and black pepper ensures that you'll never miss the extra salt.
