Ryan Amys & Hot Grill on Grill Action's Pork Butt

Pork Butt
Yellow mustard
Hearty style rub
1 cup apple cider vinegar
Brown sugar
1 cup water
4 Tablespoon salt
1/3 cup sugar


  1. Inject pork butt.
  2. Butterfly pork then season with rub. Tie together with twine.
  3. Grill at 249 degrees until internal temp of 185, then wrap for 12 hours.
