Asparagus with Brown Butter Rosemary Breadcrumbs
Prepare your senses for the flavor and aroma of this asparagus dish. The grilled asparagus in this dish are infused with flavors of fresh rosemary, garlic, parmesan reggiano, and a hint of lemon and spice. Serve it with grilled fish or meat.
|1/2||Teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|1||Tablespoon freshly grated parmesan reggiano|
|pinch red pepper flakes|
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and breadcrumbs and sauté about 5 minutes, until butter begins to brown, being careful not to burn.
- Fold in parmesan cheese, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over grilled asparagus. Serve immediately.
