Makes about 2-1/4 cups
|1||large, firm, ripe avocado, finely diced|
|2||tablespoons fresh lime juice|
|3/4||cup finely chopped, seeded tomato|
|1/2||cup minced green onions|
|1/3||cup minced fresh cilantro|
|1/2||to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce|
- Combine avocado and lime juice in bowl; toss. Add tomato, onions, cilantro and hot sauce; toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve at room temperature.
