Makes about 1-3/4 cups sauce
|2||tablespoons vegetable oil|
|1||medium onion, chopped|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|1/4||cup cider vinegar|
|2||teaspoons chili powder|
|1/2||teaspoon dry mustard|
- Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Add remaining ingredients. Simmer over medium heat 5 minutes.
