Berries with Banana Cream
Makes 2 servings
|1/3||cup reduced-fat sour cream|
|1/2||small ripe banana, cut into chunks|
|1||tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate|
|2||cups sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or a combination|
|1/8||teaspoon ground cinnamon or nutmeg|
- Combine sour cream, banana and juice concentrate in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
- Place berries in 2 serving dishes. Top with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish as desired.
