Berry Crêpes with Orange Sauce


Makes 4 servings


1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 tablespoon sugar
3 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup orange juice
8 (6-1/2-inch) Crêpes


  1. Combine blueberries, strawberries and sugar in small bowl; set aside.
  2. To prepare sauce, beat cream cheese and honey until light; slowly beat in orange juice.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of berry filling in center of 1 crêpe. Spoon about 1 tablespoon sauce over berries. Roll up; place on serving plate. Repeat with remaining crêpes.
  4. Pour remaining sauce over crêpes.
