Biscuit and Sausage Bake

Makes 6 servings
|2||cups biscuit baking mix|
|1||cup fresh or frozen blueberries|
|6||fully cooked breakfast sausage links, thawed if frozen|
|Maple syrup, warmed|
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk baking mix, milk, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in blueberries. (Batter will be stiff.) Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Cut each sausage link into small pieces; sprinkle pieces over batter. Bake 22 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into squares; serve with maple syrup.
