Makes 7 servings
|2||packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli|
|1||cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth|
|2||tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise|
|2||teaspoons dried minced onion (optional)|
- Combine broccoli, chicken broth, mayonnaise and onion, if desired in large saucepan. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender.
- Uncover; continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated.
