- Take the cooked brisket point, slice into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Place on pan and add injection & sweet sauce to create glaze.
- Wrap in foil and cook at 250 degrees for 1-2 hours.
- Uncover. Continue cooking to add smoke flavor.
