Bubba Latimer & Bub-ba-Q's Burnt Ends

beef broth
worcestershire sauce
sweet sauce


  1. Take the cooked brisket point, slice into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Place on pan and add injection & sweet sauce to create glaze.
  3. Wrap in foil and cook at 250 degrees for 1-2 hours.
  4. Uncover. Continue cooking to add smoke flavor.
