|3/4||cup butter, softened|
|1/4||cup granulated sugar|
|1/4||cup packed light brown sugar|
|1-3/4||cups all-purpose flour|
|3/4||teaspoon baking powder|
- Combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and egg yolk in medium bowl. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat just until blended.
- Cover; refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
