|4||large red cabbage leaves*|
|4||lean ham slices|
|2||tablespoons honey mustard|
|4||slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese|
*Use tender inner leaves from a small head of red cabbage.
- Preheat toaster oven to 400°F. Place cabbage leaves on work surface. Cover with ham slices. Spread 1-1/2 teaspoons mustard over each ham slice. Top with cheese slice.
- Place cabbage on toaster oven baking pan. Toast 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Remove, roll up cabbage leaves and serve immediately.
