Celebration Cheese Ball
Makes about 2-1/2 cups spread
|2||packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened|
|1/4||cup grated Parmesan cheese|
|2||tablespoons finely chopped carrot|
|1||tablespoon finely chopped red onion|
|1-1/2||teaspoons prepared horseradish|
|1/2||cup chopped pecans or walnuts|
|Assorted crackers and breadsticks|
- Combine all ingredients except pecans and crackers in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in pecans. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with assorted crackers and breadsticks.
