Chicken, Stuffing & Green Bean Bake
Makes 4 servings
|1||package (7 ounces) cubed herb-seasoned stuffing|
|4||sheets (18X12 inches) heavy-duty foil, lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray|
|1/2||cup chicken broth|
|3||cups frozen cut green beans|
|4||boneless skinless chicken breasts|
|1||cup chicken gravy|
|1/8||teaspoon black pepper|
|Additional chicken gravy, heated (optional)|
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place 1/4 of stuffing (about 1 cup) on one sheet of foil. Pour 2 tablespoons chicken broth over stuffing. Top with 3/4 cup green beans. Place chicken breast on top of beans. Combine gravy and pepper in small bowl; pour 1/4 cup over chicken.
- Double fold sides and ends of foil to seal packet, leaving head space for heat circulation. Repeat with remaining stuffing, foil, broth, green beans, chicken and gravy mixture to make three more packets. Place packets on baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.* Remove from oven. Carefully open one end of each packet to allow steam to escape. Open packets and transfer contents to serving plates. Serve with additional gravy, if desired.
