Chili-Lemon Sauce

Yield

Makes about 1 cup sauce

Ingredients

3/4 cup lemon juice
1 small onion, coarsely chopped
3 jalapeño peppers,* seeded and chopped
3 cloves garlic, cut into halves

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

Preparation

  1. PLACE all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
