Makes 18 large (2-inch) pieces or 36 small (1-inch) pieces
|1||cup chow mein noodles|
|1||cup raisins, dried cherries or dried cranberries|
|2||cups (12 ounces) semisweet or milk chocolate chips|
- Place 18 paper or foil bake cups (or 36 mini bake cups) on baking pan; set aside.
- Combine cereal, chow mein noodles and raisins in large bowl.
- Place chocolate chips in microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until chips are melted. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture; stir until well coated.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons mixture into each bake cup. (1 tablespoon mixture into mini bake cups). Top with sprinkles; refrigerate until chocolate hardens, or allow chocolate to harden at room temperature. Store in air-tight container for up to 3 days.
