|1/2||cup green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths|
|1||to 2 hot green chili peppers,* seeded and coarsely chopped|
|2||tablespoons chopped fresh ginger|
|2||cloves garlic, peeled|
|1||cup packed cilantro leaves|
|2||tablespoons vegetable oil|
|2||tablespoons lime juice|
|1/4||teaspoon ground cumin|
*Chili peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- Drop green onions, chilies, ginger and garlic through feed tube of food processor with motor running. Stop machine and add cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and cumin; process until cilantro is finely chopped.
