|1||cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|2||tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese|
|1||tablespoon pine nuts or slivered almonds|
|1||tablespoon olive oil|
|1||tablespoon lemon juice|
|1/4||teaspoon fennel seeds|
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until almost smooth, adding 1 teaspoon water at a time, if necessary, until mixture is medium to thick consistency.
