Yazoo's Georgia Peach Crown Roast Pork

Crown roast pork
Peach Nectar
Apple Juice
Chicken Stock
Seasoning and herbs
Turbinado sugar
Brown sugar
Chili powder
Ground mustard


  1. Remove fat and silver skin. French bones.
  2. Marinate and chill for four hours.
  3. Apply thick coat of rub, chill another 2 hours.
  4. Place in smoker at 250 degrees for 2.5 hours, or until internal temp is 150.
  5. Glaze with chipotle sauce and peach glaze.
