- Marinate chicken in buttermilk and hot sauce for up to 6 hours.
- Combine flour and seasonings and mix as well.
- Pour oil into cast iron skillet and heat until 350 degrees.
- Bread chicken in flour and fry until internal temperature of 165 degrees.
