Creamy Cocoa Icing

6 tablespoons butter or margarine
3/4 cup undiluted evaporated milk
6 cups powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. Add milk, powdered sugar and cocoa. Stir over low heat until smooth and creamy.
