Creamy Turkey Soup
Makes 5 to 6 servings
|2||cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted|
|2||cups chopped cooked turkey breast|
|1||package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms|
|1||medium yellow onion, chopped|
|1||teaspoon rubbed sage or 1/2 teaspoon dried poultry seasoning|
|1||cup frozen peas, thawed|
|1||jar (about 4 ounces) diced pimiento|
- Combine soup, turkey, mushrooms, onion and sage in slow cooker.
- Cover; cook on LOW 8 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
- Stir in peas, milk and pimiento. Cover; cook on HIGH 15 minutes or until heated through.
