|1/4||cup olive oil|
|2||tablespoons tomato juice|
|2||tablespoons Creole or other whole-grain mustard|
|4||teaspoons red wine vinegar|
|1||teaspoon Worcestershire sauce|
|2||cloves garlic, minced|
|1/2||teaspoon dried thyme leaves|
|1/4||teaspoon ground red pepper|
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; whisk until blended.
