Makes 1-1/4 cups
|1||cup (8 ounces) plain fat-free yogurt|
|1/2||cup diced cucumber|
|2||tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves|
|1||to 2 tablespoons lemon juice|
|1||to 3 teaspoons honey (optional)|
- Combine yogurt, cucumber and mint in small bowl. Stir in lemon juice and honey to taste.
