Makes 4 servings
|1||pound 95% lean ground beef|
|1/4||cup mango chutney, chopped|
|1/4||cup grated apple|
|1-1/2||teaspoons curry powder|
|1/8||teaspoon black pepper|
|1||large red onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick|
|4||kaiser rolls or hamburger buns|
- Preheat grill.
- Combine ground beef, chutney, apple, curry powder, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into four patties.
- Grill over medium heat, covered, 8 to 10 minutes (or, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes) to medium (160°F) or to desired doneness, turning once. Grill onions 5 minutes or until lightly charred, turning once. Serve with burgers.
