|1||raisin or blueberry bagel, halved|
|1/2||cup ricotta cheese|
|8||teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar , divided|
|1||peach, thinly sliced|
- Preheat broiler.
- Spread bagel halves with ricotta. Sprinkle each half with 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar. Arrange peach slices over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Cinnamon Sugar.
- Place bagel halves on baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat, about 4 minutes, until sugar is bubbly and mixture is hot. Serve warm.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Store in shaker-top jar.
