Danish Bagel


Makes 2 servings


1 raisin or blueberry bagel, halved
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
8 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar , divided
1 peach, thinly sliced


  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Spread bagel halves with ricotta. Sprinkle each half with 2 teaspoons Cinnamon Sugar. Arrange peach slices over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Cinnamon Sugar.
  3. Place bagel halves on baking sheet. Broil 6 inches from heat, about 4 minutes, until sugar is bubbly and mixture is hot. Serve warm.


Combine 1/2 cup sugar with 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon. Store in shaker-top jar.
