|salt and pepper to taste|
|Colby jack cheese|
- Shuck and clean oysters, sprinkle with BBQ rub.
- Smoke oysters at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes on foil sheet. Also heat up shells.
- Blend Rockefeller mixture (except cheese) in a processor. Spread over oysters
- Sprinkle with Colby jack cheese, grill until cheese has melted.
