Makes about 1 cup sauce
|1||tablespoon chili-garlic paste|
|1||tablespoon grated fresh horseradish|
|Juice of one lime|
|Hot pepper sauce|
- Combine ketchup, chili-garlic paste, horseradish and lime juice in small glass bowl. Add hot pepper sauce to taste; mix well. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
