1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely diced celery
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
Salad greens


  1. Combine mayonnaise, celery, relish, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Stir in chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  2. Serve on salad greens with fruit, if desired.
