Festive Bacon & Cheese Dip
Makes about 4 cups dip
|2||packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, cut into cubes|
|4||cups (16 ounces) shredded Colby-Jack cheese|
|2||tablespoons prepared mustard|
|1||tablespoon minced onion|
|2||teaspoons Worcestershire sauce|
|1/4||teaspoon hot pepper sauce|
|1||pound bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled|
- Combine cream cheese, Colby-Jack cheese, half-and-half, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and hot pepper sauce in 1-1/2-quart slow cooker.
- Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, on LOW 1 hour or until cheese melts.
- Stir in bacon; adjust seasonings. Serve with crusty bread or vegetable dippers.
