Festive Cranberry Mold
Makes 8 servings
|1||package (6 ounces) raspberry-flavored gelatin|
|1||can (8 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce|
|1-2/3||cups cranberry juice cocktail|
|1||cup sliced bananas (optional)|
|1/2||cup walnuts, toasted (optional)|
- Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cook until sauce is melted. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail.
- Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in banana slices and walnuts, if desired. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set.
