Fresh Tomato-Basil Salsa

1 pound fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 small onion (about 2X1-inch piece)
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Combine ingredients in food processor; process until finely chopped but not smooth.
