Fruit Salsa

Makes 12 servings


1 small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced
1 firm small banana, diced
2 green onions, minced
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or mint
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 jalapeño peppers,* seeded and minced

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.


  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
