Makes 4 to 6 servings
|1-1/2||cups fresh bread crumbs|
|3||cloves garlic, minced|
|1||tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil|
|2||tablespoons soy sauce|
|1||tablespoon Chinese hot mustard|
|1||broiler-fryer chicken, cut up (about 3-1/2 pounds) or 3-1/2 pounds chicken parts, skinned, if desired|
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Combine bread crumbs, garlic and oil in shallow dish.
- Combine soy sauce and mustard in small bowl; brush evenly over chicken. Dip chicken in bread crumb mixture to coat evenly and lightly. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake chicken 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (180°F).
