Gingered Peach Sauce
Makes about 1 cup
|1||can (16 ounces) sliced peaches in unsweetened juice, drained|
|1-1/2||teaspoons minced fresh ginger|
|2||tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur (optional)|
- Place peaches in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides of container once. Add ginger and liqueur, if desired; process until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.
