Greek-Style Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 | medium cucumber, peeled and diced |
1/4 | cup chopped green onions |
1 | teaspoon minced fresh dill |
1 | small clove garlic, minced |
1 | cup sour cream or sour half-and-half |
1/2 | teaspoon salt |
1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
1/8 | teaspoon ground cumin |
Lemon juice (optional) |
Preparation
- Place cucumber, green onions, dill and garlic in salad bowl.
- Combine sour cream, salt, pepper and cumin in small bowl; stir until blended. Stir sour cream mixture into cucumber mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice to taste, if desired.
