Green Beans with Blue Cheese and Roasted Peppers

Ingredients
1 | bag (20 ounces) frozen cut green beans |
1/2 | jar (about 3 ounces) roasted red pepper strips, drained and slivered |
1/8 | teaspoon salt |
1/8 | teaspoon white pepper |
4 | ounces cream cheese |
1/2 | cup milk |
3/4 | cup blue cheese (3 ounces), crumbled |
1/2 | cup Italian-style bread crumbs |
1 | tablespoon butter, melted |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 2-quart oval casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Combine green beans, red pepper strips, salt and pepper in prepared dish.
- Place cream cheese and milk in small saucepan; heat over low heat, stirring until melted. Add blue cheese; stir only until combined. Pour cheese mixture over green bean mixture; stir until green beans are coated.
- Combine bread crumbs and butter in small bowl; sprinkle evenly over casserole. , uncovered, 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
