Makes 4 servings
|1/3||cup apple juice|
|2||tablesoons soy sauce|
|1/2||teaspoon minced fresh ginger|
|1/8||teaspoon black pepper|
|1-1/4||pounds salmon fillet|
- Prepare grill for direct grilling. Combine apple juice, soy sauce, ginger and pepper in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer apple juice mixture about 10 minutes or until syrupy. Cool slightly.
- Brush side of salmon fillet without skin with apple juice mixture. Grill salmon, flesh side down, on oiled grid over medium-hot heat 5 minutes. Turn and brush salmon with apple juice mixture. Grill 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
