Ham, Apple and Cheese Turnovers

Ingredients
1-1/4 | cups chopped cooked ham |
3/4 | cup finely chopped red apple |
3/4 | cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
1 | tablespoon brown mustard (optional) |
1 | package (about 14 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough |
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine ham, apple, cheese and mustard in medium bowl; set aside.
- Roll pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Cut into six (5-inch) squares. Top each square evenly with one-sixth of ham mixture. Moisten edges with water. Fold dough over filling. Press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Prick tops of each turnover with fork. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or allow to cool on wire rack 1 hour.
