Makes 6 servings
|1||package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough|
|1||tablespoon prepared mustard|
|1/2||pound thinly sliced deli ham|
|1||package (3-1/2 ounces) pepperoni slices|
|1||teaspoon Italian seasoning|
|2||cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese|
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Unroll pizza dough on greased jelly-roll pan; pat dough into 12-inch square. Spread mustard over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. Layer ham slices down center 6 inches of dough, leaving 3-inch border on either side and 1/2-inch border at top and bottom. Top ham with pepperoni slices. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and cheese.
- Fold sides of dough over filling, pinching center seam and each end to seal. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
