Dan Hixon & 3 Eyz BBQ's Collard Greens

turkey base
apple cider vinegar
onion powder
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
ham hock
collard greens
mustard greens
Swiss chard


  1. Tear the leaves off the stem of the greens.
  2. Boil liquids and spices into a pot liquor, add greens.
  3. Cook until greens are tender. Serve greens soaked in pot liquor.
