Honey-Dijon Grilled Shrimp


Makes 4 servings


1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 onion, cut into wedges
8 cherry tomatoes
2 limes, cut into wedges


  1. Combine lemon juice, orange juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Arrange shrimp, onion, tomatoes and limes in well-oiled wire grill basket; brush with marinade mixture. Grill 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are pink, turning once and basting often with marinade mixture.
