Honey-Dijon Grilled Shrimp
Makes 4 servings
|1/4||cup lemon juice|
|1/4||cup orange juice|
|2||tablespoons Dijon-style mustard|
|1/4||teaspoon white pepper|
|1||pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|1||onion, cut into wedges|
|2||limes, cut into wedges|
- Combine lemon juice, orange juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl; mix well. Arrange shrimp, onion, tomatoes and limes in well-oiled wire grill basket; brush with marinade mixture. Grill 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp are pink, turning once and basting often with marinade mixture.
