Honey Wheat Bread

Makes 1 (1-pound) loaf
Ingredients
1/2 | cup water |
3 | tablespoons honey |
1 | egg |
2 | tablespoons butter or margarine, softened |
1 | teaspoon salt |
2 | cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
1/4 | cup nonfat dry milk powder |
2 | teaspoons active dry yeast |
Preparation
- Measuring carefully, place all ingredients in bread machine pan in order specified by owner's manual.
- Program basic or white cycle and desired crust setting; press start. (Do not use delay cycle.) Remove baked bread from pan; cool on wire rack.
