Hot Tomato Relish

Makes 4 servings


1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh basil


  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over high heat. Add tomatoes; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are hot, but not cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar and basil before serving.
