Iced Creamy Chai

|2||spiced chai-flavored tea bags|
|1||cup boiling water|
|1/2||cup cream, divided|
|2||cups cool water, divided|
|2||packets no calorie sweetener (or 2 tablespoons sucralose-based sugar substitute), divided|
|Ground cinnamon or nutmeg, for garnish (optional)|
- Steep both tea bags in boiling water for about 4 minutes to brew 1 cup double-strength tea. Remove tea bags and refrigerate to cool.
- To serve, pour half of cooled tea (less than 1/2 cup) over ice in each of 2 tall glasses. Add 1/4 cup cream, 1 cup cool water and 1 packet sweetener to each glass and stir to combine. Sprinkle with cinnamon just before serving.
